Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Lotus Publishers: There are certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Lotus Publishers reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or error in product or pricing information or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If all order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the raise amount will be reverse back in your card account.
  2. Cancellation by customer: In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/dispatched, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. But we will not able to cancel the order that have already been processed and shipped out of us. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lotus Publishers and accept our decisions regarding the cancellation.
  3. Return and Replacement Policy: Lotus Publishers use the best packaging method for securing the orders from any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition.

We will accept replacement of products under the following cases:

  1. If you have received defective book/damaged book.
  2. If the order received by you do not comply with the specifications as per your original order.
  3. If any defect or variation in order is found by you, send the proof by making video or pictures to us at [email protected] or on our WhatsApp number.
  4. If the evidence provided is found satisfactory, we will accept the return and contact you by email or by WhatsApp or by Phone call.
  5. Sent back the original order to our corporate address through parcel/courier. Please note that parcel/courier charges for sending original order back to us will be borne by you.
  6. After we received the order back, we will dispatch the replacement order free of cost without any shipping charges.
